Our head office teams are now working from home. In line with the government and World Health Organisation (WHO) guidelines, our warehouse teams are working carefully under new protocols and with stringent hygiene measures in place. Our online delivery service operates as normal.
Click & Collect and Pick-up Service Update
Our Click & Collect and Pick-up service will only be available in Coventry Road
In order to enhance hygiene standards and adhere to government directives, with immediate effect our courier will no longer ask customers to sign handheld units. Instead, delivery drivers will sign on your behalf. They will record the consignee’s name and ‘Delivered on Authority’ message in the signature section of the unit. You’ll still receive full tracking on all of your orders.
