At Amsons we do our best to make sure that all orders are processed correctly, but mistakes can happen and we will make sure that any issues are resolved as soon as possible.
For any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you are able to return any items that are in original packaging, clothing that have tags attached & is in a resalable condition. We offer a full refund or exchange on orders that meet the requirements, within 14 working days of purchase.
We do not offer refunds on any promotional, discounted or reduced items. Also we cannot refund any electronic, fragrance or health and beauty product.

Damaged/ Faulty Goods
In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged or is suspected to be faulty, we will be happy to provide replacements or offer a refund as soon as possible. Please contact our Customer Service team on 07960566209, 10-6pm, (UK Time) Monday to Saturday or via email firstname.lastname@example.org. An alternative product will be offered in cases where stock is no longer available. It may be necessary to provide photographs of the damaged/faulty goods or in more severe cases, we may choose to collect the damaged products from you for Quality Review Investigation. Correspondence will be made with you directly.
Receiving A Refund
When returning good to customer service or in store, the refunds will be returned to the same method of payment that was used on the original order. The refund value will be for the price paid when order was originally placed excluding shipping.
Returns and exchanges are processed as soon as we receive your items. Unfortunately, we do not cover the costs of any returns, therefore we highly recommend the usage of tracked postage methods as we do not accept any responsibilities for any lost returns.
